Part 1: Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

1. Purpose

This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms part of the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy between A2Z Services and its Clients/Service Providers, ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws.

2. Data Processing

• A2Z Services acts as a Data Controller for customer information and as a Data Processor for service provider information.
• Data is processed solely for providing, managing, and improving services.

3. Types of Data Processed

• Clients/Customers: Contact details, location, payment info, service preferences.
• Service Providers: Identity documents, banking/payment details, business registration info.

4. Obligations of A2Z Services

• Process personal data only for agreed purposes.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure staff comply with security standards.
• Notify affected parties in case of a data breach.
• Implement technical and organizational safeguards.

5. Data Sharing

• Only shared with authorized third parties (e.g., payment gateways, logistics, IT support).
• Service Providers receive only necessary customer details for fulfilling bookings.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

• Data is retained only as long as required for service delivery or legal compliance.
• Upon request, A2Z Services will delete/anonymize data unless retention is required by law.

Part 2: Consent Agreement

1. Consent to Data Collection & Processing

I consent to A2Z Services collecting, storing, and processing my personal data for providing services, billing, and support.

2. Consent to Communication

I consent to receive service-related updates, booking confirmations, invoices, and promotional offers via SMS, email, or app notifications.

3. Consent for Sharing with Third Parties

I understand that A2Z Services may share my details with trusted third-party partners (payment processors, logistics, IT providers) strictly for service fulfilment.

4. Right to Withdraw Consent

I understand that I may withdraw consent at any time by contacting A2Z Services at support@mya2zservices.in, though certain services may become unavailable as a result.
