These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between A2Z Services (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and the users (“you”, “your”, “User”), governing the use of our platform and services. By accessing, registering, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

• A2Z Services operates as an aggregator and facilitator, connecting individuals, corporates, and organizations (“Users”) with independent third-party service providers (“Service Providers”).
• A2Z Services does not employ or control Service Providers. They act as independent contractors responsible for their own actions, quality of work, and compliance with applicable laws.
• A2Z Services’ role is limited to providing a digital platform for bookings, payment processing, and customer support.

2. Payment Policies

• All payments must be made through the Company’s authorized platform.
• Platform fees, convenience charges, or taxes may apply.
• Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services and/or legal action.

3. Cancellation, Refunds & Rescheduling

• Full refund: Cancellations within [X hours] before provider confirmation.
• Partial refund: After provider confirmation but before service begins.
• No refund: Once service has commenced or delivered.

4. Service Level Agreements (Commercial Clients)

• Response Time: Acknowledgment within [X hours].
• Scheduled maintenance as per contract.
• Warranties, if any, are provided by Service Providers.

5. Liability & Indemnity

• A2Z Services is not liable for damages, losses, or negligence by Service Providers.
• User avails services at their own risk.
• Liability is limited to service fees paid to A2Z Services.

6. User Obligations

• Provide accurate details, ensure access to premises, respect providers, and refrain from unlawful use of the platform.

7. Platform Rights & Restrictions

• A2Z Services may verify/delist providers and suspend users for fraud or misuse.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Data handled as per Privacy Policy.

9. Reviews & Feedback

• Reviews must be genuine and not defamatory.

10. Pricing & Promotions

• Dynamic pricing, discounts, and surge charges may apply.

11. Non-Solicitation Clause

• Users may not bypass the platform to directly engage providers.

12. Dispute Resolution

• Arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
• Jurisdiction: Bangalore, India.

13. Terms with Service Providers

• Providers are independent contractors, not employees.
• Providers must hold valid licenses, ensure professional service, comply with laws.
• Payments are processed via A2Z Services after deductions.
• Direct payments or bypassing platform prohibited.
• Providers liable for their service quality and indemnify A2Z Services.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement between parties.
• Invalid clauses do not affect enforceability of others.
• Terms may be updated anytime, continued use implies acceptance.

15. Liability & Indemnity

• Users/Providers responsible for accuracy of data provided.
• A2Z Services indemnified from issues arising from false/incomplete data.

16. Acknowledgment

• By continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood this Agreement.
